Coretech MicroLED displays limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AET Displays Limited (AET). Its established with the concept of "shared smart manufacturing" which allow all customers to make use of the facilities to manufacture the highest quality LED displays. The production facilities have total area of 24000 square meters in one of the Guangda high tech industry park called Liaobu Smart Valley Industrial Park (LSV) .

Production is the key part of all manufacturing industry and is the heart of products. Coretech MicroLED Displays Limited always adheres to the core values of Guangdong Duangda and its own parent company of AET Displays Limited : "Sincerity, Passion, Responsibility, Openness and Innovation, Coordination and Efficiency, Pursuit of Excellence, Unity of Knowledge and Practices", and integrates the concept of production quality management with the core values of Guangda Group.
Whether it is timely and accurate in incoming material control (IQC), rigorous and meticulous in process control (IPQC), responsibility and pursuit in shipment quality control (OQA), or efficiency and focus in customer complaint handling (RMA)... These are the key requirements in Coretech MicroLED Displays core production quality management process system.
The "quality" requirements and control are the "inner personal criteria" required to be remembered by each employee of the company. These are not only the requirements for products, but also the requirements for everyone who work in AET \. They are deeply rooted in the heart and become a "inner personal requirement" for humanistic quality.
Fully Automatic loading production line
While pursuing "quality" in production, we also need to ensure the delivery lead time and capacity are able to fulfill the customer requirements. The new and industry first fully automated production lines is able to fulfill the high product quality due to its minimum human interference as well as able to perform high capacity loading which save time for LED Displays Manufacturing.
High Precision Front End Production
At present, it has more than 200 sets of fully automated high-precision front end processing equipment. These equipment manage to run 24 hours / day, 7 days/week non stop productions which enable the delivery of the displays are not affected and fulfill the stable production output and delivery.
Fully automated Assembly and Aging Equipment
Nearly 10,000 square meters of fully automated assembly and aging facilities are fully setup and mass produced everyday.
More than 20,000 sqm of displays are produced every month from this machines. ERP system, PDM system , MES system and WMS systems are well installed and been able to capture all necessary information. This has allowed the production been controlled digitally and all historical data are able to retrieve easily and efficiently. Directly and indirectly it has enhance the productivity of our facilities.
Product / Process Innovation : AET Patents
AET developed its own innovative technology with in house Independent research and development department. Patents includes LED raw material technology, LED packaging technology, LED Displays electronics and mechanical design technology, and LED Displays product applications technology. So far there are more than 250 patents with more than 30 design patents been filled and more than 100 patents have been approved.
AOB on board hybrid packaging technology
Using semiconductor automation equipment and on-board packaging technology, the lamp beads are completely sealed in the protective layer, which is waterproof, dustproof and anti-collision, and greatly improves the reliability of the screen.

The micro spacing panel technology avoids the crosstalk interference between adjacent lamp plates, has stable and reliable performance, and the protection grade is above IP65; With ultra-high contrast and ultra wide viewing angle, the light output effect is more uniform and soft, and the picture color is more real and full.
Solid crystal packaging technology on cob micro spacing board
Blue film sorting, transfer, full-color flip chip, bonding substrate with micro spacing, high precision and efficient mounting, process reliability of more than 4 9, accurate transfer bonding of 50 μ M or more, the chip has exquisite light emitting color, which can make the color performance of the screen have no color difference and high uniformity.
Looking forward, future displays technology capabilities
AET have developed the special department for research and development. Its have more than 10,000 + ㎡ which covered Raw Material R&D, LED Packaging R&D, Product R&D and Process R&D. Futher to that, this facilities covered more than 3000m2 of high technology reliability and testing laboratory equipment. With more than 100 R&D highly talented engineers covering from Ph. D to Master degree qualifications, AET have a strong commitment toward a future greater LED displays to the markets.
AET will continue to follow the positioning policy of"shared intelligent manufacturing" , provide excellent services for customers, and integrate and develop core LED technology, light sources technology , driving IC technology and image processing technology. It will continue to strive for efficient and high-quality supply chain, cutting-edge core technology and advanced manufacturing technology, so as to provide the input for AET to develop MiniLED & MicroLED Ultra fine pitch LED display ecosystem.
